Participants are always made to
feel as equals, to speak up whatever was in their minds and
to disagree whenever they feel so. The group processes
always ensure an inner discipline. Any loose statement is
immediately challenged by fellow participants. Good friends
temporarily look like enemies and those who have known each
other before seem to coordinate very well. The interplay of
human nature is a treat to observe. |
