The institute campus is located at the northern end of
Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh, in a peaceful
setting away from noise and pollution. The main building of
the institute is an octagonal structure that houses the
conference rooms, administration block, library and faculty
rooms. The campus also has a well furnished hostel for programme participants, a dormitory and dining facilities.
All programme participants are required to stay on campus
for greater mutual interaction and exchange of culture.
Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited in
the institute campus.
The institute has telephone, fax and e-mail facilities that
can be used by participants for communication with the
outside world. The institute transport can be used for
travelling to the centre of city for marketing or
sightseeing as and when available.
Lucknow is situated 500 km south of Delhi and can be reached
by air, rail or road. |
